The product is a new practical gas roaster. It is applicable to make any baked food. The baked food is brightly colored, flavored and sanitary. It takes the advantages of new micro-hole porcelain fire slab and new pun baking methods to fully make use of heat, resulting in change of traditional baking methods. It will be much easier and faster to heat the food by this roaster. It may also avoid smoke resulting from baking food directly on the porcelain slabs. It takes the advantage of electrical switch; for this, it is easy and safe to operate. The whole roaster is beautiful in contour, delicate in workmanship, sanitary and environment-friendly without any smoke. It is suitable for family, supermarket, leisure snack bars and places with large flow of people.


1. OPERATION
a), Check whether the roaster is connected with gas tank by gas pipe before actual use.

b), Add some water into the residue plate and maintain some water in case it may dry.

c), Turn on the exhaust fan switch, main gas valve and press and screw the electronic igniting switch to the left. After it ignited, loosen the hand and choose the appropriate fire. Adjust the two heads in the same fire while adjusting the fire.

d), After using, switch off electronic igniting switch and cut off main gas valve.

 
2. CAUTIONS
(1)Be cautious during the transportation. Never place the roaster up side down, or with heavy things on, or violent shaking or the roaster may be damaged.

(2)The gas roaster series all take the advantage of low-pressure valves. Never use intermediate or high-pressure valves.
Immediately cut off gas valve if leakage occurs. Use the roaster after being repaired by repairing departments.

 
3. CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE
|(1)Turn off the electrical igniting switch while cleaning or maintaining the roaster in case accidents may occur.

(2)While cleaning, you may remove the food plate and residue plate, and use wet towel to clean the surface.

(3)Regularly use steel pin to check whether the micro-hole porcelain fire slab is blocked or not.
